Two tiny homes share one wooded lot off State Route 39. Each sleeps two. Each has its own parking spot, its own path, and its own outdoor space. Neither has a composting toilet.

The Scandi is the quiet one: a black cedar cabin in the trees with a barrel sauna and a fire pit. The Lux is the showpiece, with a jacuzzi under a skylight, a hot tub on the deck, and a movie screen that drops from the ceiling. Both have a skylight over the bed, a real coffee bar, and room for your dog.

The Scandi

    You park and walk about a hundred feet down your own mulched path into the woods. Path lights come on at dusk, and the other tiny home is out of sight.
